How to make an Easter bunny cake
- 1 batch of icing
- Black liquorice
- Green food colouring
- White or pink paper
- Round sponge cake
2: Spread icing on the bottom of one half and put both half together.
3: Cut a triangle out of the cake, leaving about 10cm at the bottom of the cake.
4: Put the triangle on the other side of the cake, in order to make a tail.
5: Spread icing over the entire cake and cover with coconut.
6: Use sweets for the eyes and nose and liquorice for the whiskers.
7: Cut ears out of paper, fold the middle and cut slits for the ears to go into the cake.
8: Mix coconut with green food colouring and place it around the cake……..and there you have a finished ‘Bunny cake’!!
