Most foods you eat are unhealthy and has not a lot of nutrients in, like chocolate cake, ice-cream and more. Fast food or takeaways are nowhere near good for your health and you should definitely not eat them if you are on a diet. Here is a small list of foods that are either REALLY unhealthy or have high calories.
- Pancakes ( especially ones with an unhealthy topping )
- Ice cream
- Chips ( if you want to be even more unhealthy you can buy them from a take away )
Sometimes you get bored and start eating a lot of unhealthy foods when you don’t need to, however you can have a drink of water.
On the other hand, healthy food such as bananas, strawberries and apples will help you if you’re on a diet or trying to lose a small amount of weight, they can also help you in general. There are loads of different foods in the world that are healthy however sometimes we choose to eat cake and chips. Some of the time we even waste our food to play video games! there are so many people scattered around the world that are starving and dying because we are not eating our food . Although a lot of food is not good for you it can help you in different ways like giving you energy and making you feel better.
