How to Carve a Turkey

Equipment:

A big knife

A small knife

A carving fork

Steps:

1.Start by cutting through the leg and thigh and pull the leg and thigh apart.

2.Then separate the drumstick and leg so you are left with meat.

3.Repeat on the other side.

4.Cut straight through the breast and cut either side of the breast.

5.Pull the wings off and decorate.
