How to make Egg Fried Rice and Chicken Curry

Recipe for Egg Fried Rice

Equipment:

  • A wok or frying pan
  • Spatula

Ingredients:

  • Soy Sauce
  • One Egg
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Long Grain Rice

1. Start by putting a little bit of Sunflower Oil in the wok or frying pan and Fry the egg.

2. Put some soy sauce on the egg and put the long grain rice in top of the egg when the egg has fully fried.

3.Ā  Mix the ingredientsĀ and serve. Enjoy!

 

Recipe for Chicken Curry.

Equipment:

  • A wok or frying pan.
  • Spoon

Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Small ChickenĀ Breasts
  • Curry Paste
  • Peas
  • Onion (normal)
  • Boiled Water

1. Put in the wok , the vegetables, theĀ curry paste and boiledĀ water.

2. Mix the ingredients and addĀ theĀ chicken.

3. Stir until it is well done and leave it to cool for 5 minutes.

4. Once cooled, serve and enjoy!
