My time at fabmag has been a truly surreal experience, I have made so many new friends from Our Lady Of Victories School (OLV) and some more from my school St Josephs.
My FabMag Journey!
Before Fab Mag, when I was in year 4, I would always comment on as many articles as I could because since I heard about it I wanted to be part of this organisation as I had a passion for writing stories and articles. Eventually, when I reached year 5 my teacher chose me as one of the lucky people to participate and write for FabMag. When I first joined I didn’t know what to expect but once I had had written two or three articles my articles and writing began to get better. During my time there, I made new friends from Our Lady Of Victories school including: Thomas Devlin who is now one of my best friends, Tianne who is a nice girl and Finn. I have also wrote a series of articles with Thomas such as The Ghost Awakens and Do Not Touch. Since I am in year 6 my time at FabMag is having to come to an end I wish I could continue writing articles for it for as long as I possibly can! My FabMag journey has been amazing and I am so upset that it is having to come to an end so soon. In total I have written twenty four articles which have all been fun to write, publish and edit.
I have really, really, really enjoyed being part of FabMag but I will miss most of the friends I have made there but I hope I can keep in contact with some of them. Since all the year 6 FagMaggers are going to have to leave, some year 4 students (soon to be year 5 students) will have the pleasure to join FabMag. I wish the chosen ones the best of luck and to never, never stop writing! I would also like to thank all of teachers who have helped developed FabMag and have given us loads of tips to help us improve our articles. Thank you Mr Simpson, Mrs McGuinness and all of the other FabMag teachers. Also thank you to all of the people who have read my articles and commented, it has really encouraged me to write better articles and has helped me to put more detail into my writing! 🙂
