Paris 2017

After a good night sleep we were at the bottom of the most immense landmark in probably the whole of Europe. Guess what? It was the Eiffel Tower: can you believe that? When we were at the top the views were stunning; you could see nearly the whole of Paris. There was a toilet at the top and I couldn’t believe I had a wee on top of the Eiffel Tower.

After we went for a very long walk-tiring. Tired,we approached at a big church on top of the hill. There were tons of steps leading up to it and we had a race to the top. I won then it was Mr Devlin. Inside it was really antiquated and there were huge but beautiful stained glass windows. On that hill it is the highest point in France apart from the top of the Eiffel Tower.

After we visited The Louvre, which is a big art gallery, to look at paintings especially the Mona Lisa (the most famous painting). The reason it’s so famous is because a painter painted it and it was stolen and then found in a cafe when they were cleaning it out. It is worth about $790 000 000. We sat down in The Louvre to eat our sandwiches, but we got kicked out. In the evening we went to a mass at St Joseph’s church: the priest was very welcoming and warm-hearted. He wondered what we were up to and wished us a safe journey home. I did the offertory with Sophie (to give Father the bread and wine).

Today was brill I loved racing up the steps I can’t wait for Disney Land tomorrow.

Sunday 5th March 2017

When we arrived at Disney Land we headed for a ride called RC racer it wasn’t the best, but it was alright. Meanwhile some others were on a ‘less scary ride’. After, we had to queue 80 minutes for a Ratatouille ride which¬†was in 4D and on one bit you were falling off a table. Soon we went on a ride called ¬†Crushes Coaster you went side to side and everything. In the evening we went on one called Indiana Jones it did a loop in the middle and my hand ended up over my eyes. We went on it again: there was no queue.

At night we went to some Disney shops, all I bought was a Donald Duck hat. After a tiring journey to our pods we were all fast asleep. Today was even better than yesterday I can’t wait for my own bed tomorrow night.

Monday 6th March 2017

After a long and cramped 7 hour drive we stopped at Mcdonalds to have our tea. After another 3 hours we finally pulled up out side school. As we got off mums and dads greeted us back to where we belong.
