- Caster Sugar
- Baking powder
- Frosting, icing or buttercream
- Flour and bun cases too
Preheat the oven to 200
Place butterfly bun cases in a tray
Mix all the wet ingredients together into one bowl
Mix all the dry ingredients together into one bowl
Mix the wet and dry ingredients into one big bowl
Get a spoonful of the mixture and put it into the bun cases
Put in the oven for approximately 15 minutes
After 15 minutes take the buns out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minute
When cool with a knife cut the top of the bun off and cut it in half.
Put it on the patch that has been cut off.
Then put the 2 pieces on the buttercream. [shape them like a butterfly]
Sprinkle some flour on top of the bun only if you want to.
THEN YOUR BUTTERFLY BUN IS COMPLETE!
